Daz, Working in restaurants, and also in supervisory levels, if the same customer tells me over and over how great my staff is, i will ignore that if I am not getting it from anyone else.. that means nothing then if the same customer tells me how great the staff is.. this guy looks like a heavy Jason Bateman.. What does this guys other employees now think, she got triple salary with out even knowing if she can do anything? its a bartending day shift, its never busy, not hard work.

It is underdiscussed, underreported that shitty bosses/manager/owners/etc. are ALSO a HUGE cause of high employment costs, turnover. There will always be that shitty employee, that shitty teenager/druggie/crazy, but they are usually pretty obvious pretty quickly. Middle-managers are usually the WORST employees, BUT they have the time, lee-way and ACCESS to higher-ups to successfully blame "teenagers" or "crack heads".
